2001 U295 Clearwater area

Looking at a 2001 U295 owned by the Laneus (SP?) in clearwater florida.  has 106K miles on it does anyone know anything about it?

I spoke with them at length about this coach. They bought it new. Had all the work done by mechanics or the foretravel authorized dealer (since they bought it the dealer is no longer authorized, as I understand it)  the place they had it on consignment were terrible, didn't even have it on their website until I called and complained, then I got pictures sent to me.  Their contract expired with them right before christmas.  The couple were very responsive to me.  She was a retired army colonel (nurse) and he was a retired army general.  I think that they took good care of the home just based on my conversations.  If it had an aquahot system I would have moved on it.
