Need help on HWH

I would appreciate any help available.

Noticed that the coach had gone out of level after having moved and leveled  earlier in the day. Started up the engine and manually re-leveled. Shut off the engine and checked the voltage gauge. I wasn't getting any shore power. After checking, the power to the pedestal was gone. First time since we have been here, nearly 2 months. Moved to the spot next to us. 50 amps checked out good. Went to level and nothing showing up on the HWH pad.

What am I missing? Is there a fuse or circuit breaker somewhere?  Could the power loss at the pedestal have done something?

Thanks in advance for any advice.

Larry,
Check the 12 volt switch by the door. You could have bumped it going in and out with your repositioning to the new site.
If it is off I don't think the HWH control will work.

Howdy Larry,
You might check the cable connection on the back of the keypad.  The plug has worked loose several times, and just have to re-connect.

Larry the big silver box has a couple fuses in it for my year.  Also check your 12 volt fuse panel up front.

Thanks for the fast replies. Dave, it appears that you get the prize. The back clip was loose. When I plugged it in, the travel light came on. Won't be able to check the actual level till this afternoon, but my stress level just dropped about 20 points :)) .

As always, my thanks to everyone on this forum.

I recommend using a very small zip tie to secure the connector to the back of the keypad. BTDT.
