Options for Dog House and Toilet - DP

Hi there, we're looking at a 1990 DP, and the blue carpet really needs to go throughout. I'm leaning towards a laminate flooring to meet up with nice tile, but I'm not sure what to do with the toilet carpet and the dog house and the driver's area.

Anyone have any good options? Obviously, you step over that area a lot, so something that would be easy to keep clean is nice, but won't add to the road noise. Maybe a nice indoor/outdoor carpet?

Can't help you with the raised area under the "throne" - our bath floor is flat.

Under the driver and passenger seats, we used carpet that we tried to match to the vinyl tile, that we tried to match to the upholstery, that was matched to the drapes, etc.  Any kind of carpet would work there.
