hydro flame 8500-iv furmace 2002

I have 12 volt power to the circuit board which I just replaced and a new controller inside the coach. The furnace will not even try to light. I set the controller on furnace and set the temp. to 90 degrees and still nothing at all.  Need some help please.

Can you get the blower to run? Do you have a manual? If so, check to see if the high limit switch requires a manual reset, ie pushing the button. This might prevent the control board from cycling and abort.

With a bad sail switch, the fan should run as normal.  But the "lighting cycle" will go no further.

And, while the sail switch may be bad, restrictions on the air return side or too many vents closes, crushed ducts, etc can all cause the same symptom, as air flow is insufficient to cause the sail switch to close.
