ES52 Location

I have a 97 U295 with the Isuzu 10KW generator. Searching the forum indcates I might have an ES52 controller with diagnostics. Can anyone tell me where that might be located?

Thank you Michelle.  I searched for ES52 "location" and came up empty. I will be adding "where" to my search terms.

Same thing happened when I searched with "location", so I thought about how someone might phrase the question - "where is the es52 located?" if they were posting (since search keys off words)  Sometimes you have to get creative with Search  ;)

Not sure on the 97 but on our 98 the ES52 controller was in the control panel on top of the generator. It shows lights in a row as you look at the panel when it is running, believe it showed a green light. Some of the generators had the control panel mounted away from the generataoar maybe in the left front compartment where the fan is located.

Many Powertech's were designed with the control box on top of the generator.  FT moved most to the fan compartment to reduce vibration damage.
