Kudos and Thanks to Xtreme

Susan & I just finished our first visit to Xtreme Paint & Graphics in Nacogdoches. We wanted to have our roof inspected and re-coated after the May 2016 hailstorm. We also wanted to meet the people here, after hearing so much about Xtreme.

Everything positive we've read on the Forum about Xtreme proved true. Kristen (hope that spelling is correct, since my daughter spells her name differently) facilitated scheduling the work and the apartment. The apartment and wifi was invaluable, as it allowed Susan & me to continue to work, as if we were in the coach.  Greg was great.  He was in the office before daylight, which is when I first encountered him — an hour or so before "official" opening time. Greg was also very kind about bringing our coach out at night, so we could sleep in our own bed.

Special thanks have to go to Rance. Even after our work was complete (including an added task we hadn't scheduled), he did a thorough walkthrough inside and outside the coach with Susan. She has had a number of questions I couldn't answer, about things I couldn't fix even if I'd known the answer! Rance was knowledgeable, pleasant, a total gentleman, and saved us from a couple of mistakes we'd have made if Susan hadn't asked.

In her book, The Support Economy, Shoshanna Zuboff coined the phrase "transaction crisis." That phrase describes the anxiety many of us feel when we want to return a defective item, but expect the business to refuse; or when we check into a hotel (or campground), but realize the reservation may be lost and we'll be out of luck; or need a question answered, but are afraid we'll get a curt answer and the sense we have imposed on someone, etc., etc.

Xtreme exceeded all expectations. The work was done on (actually ahead of) schedule, permitting us to continue our trip. Kristen, Greg, and Rance were gracious — they always smiled and would say "hello" when we passed by, walking around the property. They could go into training hospitality industry people, if Xtreme weren't already successful and a full-time job! They understood the coach is our full-time and only home, and treated us and it accordingly.

Big thanks, Xtreme, and kudos for building a wonderful business.
