serpentine belt

I am looking for a replacement belt for gates K080465 ( as shown on Barry's site) for our 295. Were did anyone get the Green Line one I think Dayco that is 1 3/32 x 47" long for the hydraulic pump? I remember Pierce getting these type as better made but cannot pull up search item.

I purchased the Gates K080465 at Amazon and at NAPA. I just went to the Amazon site and they have it for $27.69 Prime.

I think John was looking for the heavy duty Gates Green Stripe version.
 
I found mine on eBay a long time ago. It came in brand new condition with the cardboard wrapper. Sorry, I do not remember the dealer, but it was way under anyone else in price. Oops, take that back; it wasn't the serpentine, but the A/C belt.

Go to Amazon. com. Then search on K080465. Then enlarge the picture of the belt and read "Green Stripe".

When I search Amazon for K080465, I get three results:

    Gates K080465 Micro-V Belt, for $27.69 (Prime);

    8PK1175ES Gates Belt Cummins 3034942 8PK1181 K080465, for $53.21 (free shipping from Gates);

    Bando 8PK1180 OEM Quality Serpentine Belt, for $22.32 (Prime).

    None of these are green stripes, even if I enlarge the picture.

If I had HD at the end of the search term, I get two results:

    Gates K080465HD Micro-V Belt, for $32.78 (Prime);

    ACDelco K080465HD Specialty Fleetrunner Heavy Duty V-Ribbed Serpentine Belt, for $43.07 (plus $5.49 shipping).

    Both of these are green "stripe" heavy duty belts.

Are you seeing something different?

The K080465 belt for $27.69 at Amazon is clearly a Green Stripe belt. Just enlarge the picture and read the package. This belt is sold by and shipped by Amazon. The ad has three pictures. Make sure you at looking at the top picture or the front of the belt package.

thanks for the input guys.
While all this was going on I spent an hour or so searching and came up with this baby
Gates Micro V Serpentine Belt K080465 Made in USA | eBay

Now it is old stock but is EPDM which is the superior make up as Gates states on their website, so at $9 I ordered it and there is no shipping charge either!!!!
If it does not work out no biggie but looks like it is what I am looking for at a strange low price. If it looks and feels good when it arrives I will be ordering another as spare.
We will see.

You are right! Thanks for explaining that. Mine was apparently a newer package which had some green color and the letters "HD" added to the part number.
 
The one that John bought has the same kind of packaging as the one you pointed out. And a lot less money!
 
There really are bargains if you get lucky enough to find them.

Well the belt arrived and it is the right one (package looks a bit faded) so for $9 this is a deal and I will be ordering another one at least. Suggest others that use this one do the same as it is about a 1/3rd the normal cost and no shipping charges.
