Cooling system vacuum fill

As per the request for more info here is some information on the vacuum cooling system fill tool. Using vacuum leaves almost no air pockets and very little mess. You place the tapered rubber part where the rad cap would go, hook up the blue aluminum Venturi and apply shop air. The shop air passing the Venturi will put the system under vacuum the gauge is reference only. Then you shut off the valve and disconnect the shop air and remove the Venturi. Free leak test here if you lose vacuum you have a leak. Then you plug in the filler hose and put the screened end into your coolant to go in and open the valve. As long as you don't let it suck a whole bunch of air during the fill process it runs out of vacuum at the same time as the system is full.
