Hella Fog Lense

Does any know where I can purchase or if does anyone have one for sale?
Hella Fog Lense 301-126-259-00
Also does anyone know the vehicle type this lense comes from?
Having a difficult time finding a replacement using the Hella number.

I've got one - I posted a photo of it in the earlier thread where we were talking about the Hella lights.  The one I have is intact - no cracks.  It did have some water inside at one time, and the silver coating in the bottom is now brown.  Otherwise, it is good.
