Delamination problems

In my investigation of Foretravel motorhomes I've heard of a few that have had problems with delamination. How common is delamination with Foretravel? I'm still trying to decide whether to get a Foretravel or a Newell. All opinions are appreciated.

Newells are shipped delaminated to start with.  Skins are aluminum and free hung over the aluminum framed side wall. Same as cornerstone

It happens, but rare on the main structure.  And in many cases caused by allowing water leaks to work over a period of time, often from lack of maintenance on caulked areas on roof, sides or around windows.

There were several years when slide delamination was more common.
