Blinking keyless entry

While at Fot, asked to have this fixed. I was told that all it needed was the main power be shut off and it would reset.  Worked fine for about 2 weeks after leaving FOT.  So did as told , shut off main switch waited about 10 min, turned it on and it didn't reset.
We can get in and out with our keys, but would like to use the keyless entry, as it helps with opening bays . From what little was included in info, it has nothing written on troubleshooting this type of problem.  Are there fuses, or a component that might have a reset switch?
Where might it be located as I have looked at everything  inside the coach?

I have no idea if this will help or not. We have a 2007 versus your 2012 and I am not sure if you have the same type of system. Am passing this along just in case.

Our symptoms were different, but the issue was definitely with an aspect of the security system. We had this occur on this trip out to Mesa.

Stopped at a rest area and used our fob to lock the coach, as usual. When pressed, the step started going in and out on it's own. Never saw this before. Locked the coach, but did the same thing when we pressed the key for re-entry. What we did not know was that the system was detecting this as an inappropriate entry and had locked out the ignition. Found this when we tried to start.

Determined the culprit after a call to James at Foretravel. There are four small brass buttons, two on the door frame and two on the door side, that complete the security circuit when the door is closed. They are on internal springs and although all moved freely, one did not come all the way out. I just needed to remove the collar around that set of buttons with a phillips head and readjust the button travel using a small plastic nut. That completed the circuit and the system was fine.

Prior to this, I had noted some odd things happening with the system on occasion, one of which was a blinking similar to what you describe. We thought this was due to a low battery, which was replaced at MOT during our last visit. I think those two might have been related.

Have put a pic of the four buttons below. Just note that the photo is on it's side--needs to be rotated 90 degrees clockwise to get the proper orientation. The culprit on ours was the top button on the door frame (the ones on the left side of the picture after proper orientation).  Sincerely hopes this helps--is one of the easiest fixes we are ever likely to encounter.
