It has been awhile since we have gone through this, so let's recap:
Do all 120 VAC items work (roof A/C, outlets, microwave, etc). If some 120 VAC items do not work, what are they.
If the answer to the above question is "yes, everything works", then you have a problem with the charging section of your inverter/charger (if that is what you have) or separate converter. Exactly what do you have? Could also be a wiring problem between batteries and the charger or a battery with a bad cell.
Assume the readings you are taking are for the HOUSE battery. What does the chassis battery read?
