Here are the piccys of my coach window moving, Its actually popped a peice of the screen out,

Yes it is very bad, The first half was on the side, and the second half in on the flat, It has gone back to almost in the frame,
You can see how much it has moved with the Wiper blades,

This is just moving it round my yard,

Have a good look and tell me what you think, and the remedy for it,

The rest of the Picys,
The big angle across the front of the chassis had a big slot in it, The one with the angle iron frames sitting on it,
I have welded that up with a plate on it and fully welded,
I jacked it up first to make it straight again as it was drooping down a bit,

I think the whole coach is twisting or maybe its the chassis,

Brian, take a look at your pic 013. It appears like the center weather seal is not in alignment with the overhead clearance light--like everything has shifted to what is now your passenger side.
I think you need to get that dimension from center to a string that is tight between each side point like I suggested earlier.
The fact that the pass side corner is out and the rest of that side is in and your driver's side is just the opposite indicates (to me, but what do I know?) that the nose needs to be pushed out from the inside of the coach and then permanently locked in place. Unless that is done the entire nose will flex and break more windshields.

Brian, agree with Nitehawk, you need to establish a baseline to work from.  As I recall you've got a steel framework you can park on, put her on that, block the chassis dead level, measure plumb of sidewalls to see if it is twisted.  Then pull a center string or two outside ones, (or a laser inside down the centerline, would make measuring shift of front easy) blocked out evenly fore and aft, see what's what.  At that point you can figure out how to shift the front cap and hopefully install some angle bracing back to your big angle with slot welded up.

I suspect you already know all this, but it's the path I'd take.  Most likely some of the conversion process screwed with front rigidity, there's a whole lot of these coaches running around without problems.

Im going away for the weekend in it,
I am going to put angle iron under the floor and bolt it in and then weld it to bracing off the chassis,
That should over come the glue problem if it has failed, I cant see if it has,
I am not sure yet how to push the nose cone out,
I might recheck the rubber blocks in the centre strip to make sure the square blocks have been refitted after the other screen was fitted,
I need to check the line from the window edges to the front of the screen to see if it has moved back,
The dash does move each way the same amount, The windscreen moves left and right the same amount,
I can see it moving, It does need stiffening up, Bracing,
I was wondering if it had been hit in the front during the importing as well, It may have pushed the Front back,
It has a Daggy bit of channel holding the Bumper on with only one bolt to the chassis, where there is provision for two bolts, Its clearly missing the second bolt, This may have been changed by the the conversion mob, I just dont know, A bit they made up for it,
I was thinking of packing the bumper out a bit as well to see if that helped,
I will undo the Bumper bolts to see what it does when released, It may be holding the nose cone in, Too short in length,
I will try all your suggestions, Keep them coming,

Brian, I was thinking some thing around the same idea. Put a string line across from the driver side wall to the same point on the passenger side maybe were the cap in joined (behind seats if I remember right) Then take a measurement from this line to centre point of nose at the point were the dash touches the rubber seal for windows. Once you have this ask another member with same year to do the same and check what you read with theirs. Obviously both people have to make sure they measure same thing.
