Oh oh, there goes the neighborhood! I've seen too many of the "gobble gobble" acquisitions; not one had done anything but either take the competition out or make the product cheaper (which usually means), junk. Not happy with that move, it's our own fault for raising kids that hated to get their hands dirty and became "beancounters" instead.
