What am I looking at online

89 GV with Cummins 8.3, single front bumper 36' foot. Owner thinks it's a unihome but basement doors appear to be hinged at the bottom. ??? Doesn't seem to match up with anything on beamalarm. One off custom?

Most likely an O22C (Oshkosh chassis not a Unihome) they had the doors hinged on the bottom. It will be a Grand Villa body style though.  When we were looking back in '92  and bought our 240 we looked at one like you describe.

Guessing a non Oshkosh 022c or other. owner has not sent nameplate data, interior looks nice with all leather seating. and wood floors except bedroom and raised cockpit area. Oddities are lack of air horns on roof, exhaust pipe exits on passenger side, and the basement compartments do not have door sized openings and have radius corners in the fiberglass. Guessing cabinets may be pecan. Alcoa wheels are not polished.
