I went down and checked the kit I took the o-rings from.  It appears that R22 is the size I used. I'm pretty sure that is them, because a bunch are missing. Picture on box says R22 is (AS568 #217)  ID: 1 3/16  OD: 1 7/16 Section: 1/8  I think kit was from harbor freight...red box of like 20 sizes about 10 of each.

I have all the parts I need to rebuild the Manabloc with the exception of the replacement conical rubber washers like in the picture.

Are they specific to an RV supply house, and what are they called?

Nope, not specific.  They're PEX rubber cone washers.  Should be available wherever PEX parts are sold  ;)

Local plumbing supply should have them if ACE isn't the Place...

PM me if you get in a bind - I can check our PEX supply bucket.

I got a part number and price of $166.00 shipped for a replacement 12-port Manabloc from Viega.
plus shipping.

After buying the necessary parts to repair my leak and basically restore the system to new I'm now thinking I should have gotten the new one which includes the Pex adaptors, and kept the old Manabloc for parts.  The adaptors alone, without reducing fittings were about $47.50, plus new O-rings, threaded rods, nuts, washers and cone washers.

Like always, there's one more glitch!

I have been looking online for hours now to try and locate the fitting that the pex swivel connector screws onto.
In the first picture below it's the top most fitting, with a slight inside bevel to accommodate the swivel seal.  The second picture
is of the swivel connector and seal.

I picked up some fittings at HD yesterday but when I got back to the shop I realized the bevel was absent on these.

DOES ANYONE KOW WHAT THEY'RE CALLED?
The only thing I know for sure is they are CTS CPVC.

I could be wrong, but it will probably seal like it is. I have replaced the same on my '81 and it didn't leak.

FOT was able to find those fittings..............why can't I?

Re: Manabloc repair/replacement, mine is dripping

They may have gone from the tapered seal to a flat washer on the newer fittings.

Aren't those PEX swivels actually adapters to NPT?  If so, you'd be looking for NPT.

No joy with NPT either.
Maybe I'll just chamfer the ones I have.

C-Man,

You may be right.  When I replaced the faucet assembly in the wet bay there were two swivel adapters (hot & cold) that attached the PEX to the faucet male NPT nipple, and there wasn't a chamfer on the inside of the threads.  Only concern there is the brass nipple may have a really sharp edge that could cut into the washer, which I didn't consider at the time, maybe because there was a chamfer?

I also found these at a great price if they'll honor it;

It probably wouldn't fit and bolt right up. Newer style and all. And likely wouldn't have had the double bottom.

If I understand your other question correctly, the pex swivel connector usually just goes onto a standard npt male.  The two pictures you show are compatible. Hook them up and see if it works.
