1994 36' u280w

I am looking at a one owner 1994 36' u280. Where there any major concerns for that model and year.Coach has the 10kw generator, I believe power trek? Is service on that brand a problem? Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

If the coach is the one Michelle linked the inspection post to, it's worth just about zero. Even as a gift, it would cost more than it would be worth to make it nice. Just a never ending list of projects even for a good DIYer.
