cupboard panel?

I don't know the technical term for the carpeted panel that keeps coming unglued in the cupboards. The Velcro sticks to the carpeting but the adhesive side keeps coming unstuck. Has anyone come up with a better way than removing and spraying the back of the Velcro with Scotch 77 and having it last about a year and falling off again?

Our cure for that was all of the STUFF that we have packed in everywhere. Keeps all of those from falling off! :))

I think in ours there is 1/4" of plywood back there.  Try some short staples in the velcro
or a couple of screws through the panel.
