2003 High Stop light fixture

We have three elements that don't light up in the high stop light.
Ideas for how to repair?
How do you remove that fixture?
Is there an LED option?

I'm in the process of upgrading my rear lights using newer technology LEDs but from the same company that supplied our 2003 LED high stop lights.  The name of the company is Command Electronics.  You can reach out to Beth, the sales manager, and see if they still make the high center stop if you want that same model.  Her email is beth@commandelectronics.com.  Her phone is 269-679-4011.  Super nice and helpful folks.  The part number is on the LED fixture.
