I don't think I've ever seen any pressure and flow rate specs quoted for the mechanical lift pumps. I just assumed they would all pretty much be the same. The fuel pressure between the lift pump and the injection pump is controlled by the overflow valve. If you still have the original valve on your injection pump, then you will probably not see anywhere near 25psi, even with a new pump. Before I replaced my overflow valve, I was only getting 3psi at idle. Now, with the adjustable overflow valve, I get about 30psi right after a cold start, and about 25psi when the engine is at running temps. My old thread about the fuel system is linked below:
