Dang, that's cute, & sounds like a decent enough price...they've obviously kept it up well, has some nice little upgrades inside, with the exception of the flowery furniture...would be fun to clean up/fix up cosmetically.....35 years old and still "runs like a champ" so looks like somebody's gonna get a good little coach methinks... ^.^d

Travco by foretravel? It seems hard to believe,

Gary B has some background on the relationship between Foretravel and Travco/Avco:

The roadmaster FED 8.2 worked well.  Brakes not so much.  Had to swap the hydraulic disk brake calipers to a 23,000 pound gvwr rating  chassis set on the front.

Then it stopped.  The cherry valley, Illinois companies engineers were very helpful to me in those days.

Only reason I mentioned this is that if someone here buys this and it does not stop excellently there was a relitively inexpensive fix.

As I remember, the brake booster was operated from the power steering pump, not the typical vacuum and they didn't work that well. Discs warped easily and the steering wheel was in constant motions when you applied the brakes. This was a couple of years earlier but on a Dodge chassis. I put small air springs in the rear and the handling was much improved.
