Dometic NDR1492 In-Line Fuses

On the back of our refrigerator (accessible from the exterior), there are 2 in-line fuse holders.  One is labeled 3A Max and the other 1A Max.  I believe one goes to the ice maker fill solenoid?  Cannot see where the other goes and I am not seeing them on the wiring diagrams in the owner's manual.  Does anyone know what these fuses are protecting?

Thanks!

Edit:  I found a blog that says one of the the two is for a resistive heating wire that keeps the ice maker solenoid and water supply tube from freezing.
