What's the Little Box?

In trying to empty the coach, getting it ready to sell,I came across this small white box in the cabinet above the bed. It had 4-AA batteries in it, no identifying marks. Any ideas ?

First thought is some part of a Hawk security system, but I think ours had 9V batteries in them.

Pretty sure the flux capacitor was in a aluminum enclosure in that year, plastic came later as a cost savings move.

There was a company several years ago (10 or so)  that was Tire Sensory or something like that.  They had a little box like that,  theirs had a sticker on it with there company info. It was a repeater for the tire monitor system on the toad.  Remember this is just a WAG

That's the old standard CIA/MIB mobile bugging device model #MBD-666-ICU. Since has been replaced by smart phones available free on about street corner, for qaulifying customers. Did you ever wonder why the smart phones have a camera on the front and the back, selfie's hello.

Repeater box for shield generator.......seriously, tire monitoring repeater.  Usually has markings identifying the company and model number.
