Exterior Lights
Finally got around to doing my exterior light project. These sources come from responses to my original post asking for info on clearance lights. (jor post) Here's what I did:
Front & Rear Clearance Lights: Incandescents from Ryder for less than $3 each (need 12). They come with a gasket and bulb.
Side Turns: LEDs from ChromeCountry @ $13 (ChromeCountry) Holes are different so you need to drill one. You also need to buy a 3 Wire Right Angle Plug which is made for this light.
Side Clearance (almost roof level): LED, PartSam. about $10 (partsam)
Mirror Turns: LED. Can't recall where I got them. Holes are different. Had to drill and tap one hole. No gasket so I ran a tiny bead of silicone around the base.
Brake Light: Incandescent from Ebay @ $70. Just need to cut and splice into the rig's wiring.
