Replacement for rear view camera, 2003

My 2003 U295 came with a color rear view camera.  I've come to the realization it is getting old.  Over the ten years I've had the coach, the picture has lost most of it's contrast and vibrancy.

Is there a good drop-in replacement?  If not, what is recommended? I don't want to hang a camera on the outside, and prefer the same mounting as it now has.

Thanks

Tom,

I ordered one of these recently because like you I want to keep the OEM look.
Amazon.com: NATIKA Backup Camera with Waterproof HD Night Vision Rear View...

It looks like a quality piece, but I won't know until I install it.  It measures a bit over 1" in all dimensions with
a neat little mounting bracket.  I'm hoping that I can mount it inside the aluminum tubing that the OEM camera
resides in now.

Try this link
RV Cams: Backup Camera Systems (All)

replaced rear view camera only in my '03 U295 back in June 2017, the techs know what they are talking about, sold me a camera that fit perfectly, all I had to do was give them the part number off the old one, they also included whatever cable adapters you need to hook it into existing wiring, so no running a cable the length of the coach.
