PTL Pos-A-Loc door top hinge & radiator overflow hose replace
Fixed two issues, and I meant to post these two pictures earlier.
Front entry Posi lock door was stuck open, could not close (good luck, we were in covered storage lot). First used screwdriver to move the cam and get door to close. Lubricated at the top of the door with Teflon Tri Flow, now operates perfect.
Serious second issue solved. Radiator cap overflow hose was cracked (see picture) allowing air to be sucked back into radiator instead of overflow bottle coolant sucked back into radiator. Replaced overflow hose with new hose from Napa, now perfect seal, no sucking of air into engine, that could have resulted in a serious cooling problem.
