Dash board gauges read inaccurate when I turn my headlights on

I've really not given much thought to this, however it seem as though I should. every time that I turn on my headlights my temp. gauge, fuel gauge needles move up. any one else have these experiences?

Yep, lots on the forum about it. Bad grounds at the dash, or some where else, voltage drop issues. I messed with mine some with no luck. My oil pressure goes down and temp goes up when I turn the lights on. It does not show any change on the Silverleaf. I don't think Silverleaf is an option for non computer engines.

Just run an extra ground from gauge ground to chassis/metal.

You will also notice your gauges read differently when you turn on the heater blower. As the guys above have posted, run another ground wire.
