93 GV windshield number?

The passenger side of our 1993 GV had a small chip last year right at the upper edge of the passenger-side window. That progressed this Spring into a crack from top to bottom. So...it needs to be replaced.
My first visit to the glass shop has begun the search for the correct windshield.  What they/we are looking for is the National Autoglass Number (NAG #) for the beastie. Any ideas?
Also they want the top to bottom and side to side measurements. Does anybody know how far into the rubber moulding does the glass go.  My guess is 1/2" but it would be good to hear from those who have had the experience of seeing the edge of their windshield.

Have you checked with these folks? Expert Nationwide RV Windshield and Window Replacement | RV Glass Solutions  I have heard some horror stories about 'the gap', but, ours is fine, so far. I have heard, that, given the age of our coaches, finding new rubber seals is a problem. Let us know if you find what you want.    BTW, this product is great, have been using it for years, available from Amazon:

Can't help with the glass part numbers - our glass is still original.  Have you called the factory?  They should be able to provide the dimensions of the OEM glass.

I found a Guardian Glass product number reference in a old Forum post about replacing the glass in a U300: driver side is D7474, passenger side is D7475.  I think Guardian was the original supplier of the GV windshields?

Be aware that many GV owners have ended up with mis-matched tint color/shade (at top of glass) when replacing a single front pane.  Seems like the tinted area can be either green or blue, depending on who makes the glass.  If you are bothered by this kind of inconsistency, then you need to be sure the replacement glass tinted area matches the other side, before it is installed.

Thanks Chuck. I have all the Guardian windshield numbers that were etched into the window. The question now is where to get it.  I went to Speedy Auto Glass near here yesterday and we are starting the search.  Speedy thought that having the NAG# would help in the search for a replacement. A search on-line for Guardian auto glass got me a lot of promotional news about every kind of glass and window except RV replacement. The search continues.

The number you need is the one etched in the glass call guardian or Duncan systems and give that number they can get you the glass I am doing my passenger side glass now.

I will get it back next weekend. My gaskets were replaced a couple years ago.This issue was my fault getting out of level with the air ride..long story but windshield shifted and cracked. The shop thats doing my work said these are real easy windshields to replace compared to the new coaches with trim all around the glass these pop right out and right back in . He will reset both sides and reseal 375.00 plus glass

My coach is a 1994 GV300 build number 4466 completed in October of 1993. The passenger side windshield is. Guardian. Safety Float Tint.
UU 80793. Under that is. C-1 686. Hope this helps. Let us all know where you get it repaired as we will all need that contact some day.
There is one other number on the glass.
