Compatibility of storage compartment doors

So a few years ago I had a boo boo not caused by me on the water bay doors at the top along the edge.

Looks like I can get a U280 door for around $150 from Visioneer...

Might need to realign the posts.. adjust the locks..

Think it would work? Estimates around me are $4-500, no guarentee.. sorry I don't have pics... it's the edge that juts out after the hinge, about 15" long

Tell me more about where you get these doors. If you have a 280 and it's FOR a 280....why would it NOT work?
