Jackknife couch drawer latch

My couch bottom drawer keeps coming open...I've adjusted latch several times but it kind of seems under engineered. Has anybody changed the latch assy for something better or am I missing something?? You always seem to have the answer...and yes I searched before asking...Thanks

Mike,

I changed mine out, and took the broken piece from the latch and just matched it up with something similar because I could not find those parts anymore. I wish I could recall the new latch I used, anyway, it can be done fairly easily.
