Front Door Window

Hi everyone and thanks for the site. 2012 Nimbus front door window fogged badly. There are screws on the inside which don't seem to relate to the window. Can I clean this (two panel) window on the inside somehow, please?

The screws hold the window in place to the side of the coach, but are not related to separating the glass panes.

There are several companies that specialize in rebuilding dual pane (or is that pain) windows.

Where are you located?
