Well the correct answer is have your coach weighted (most any truck stop) then consult you tire manufacturer for the correct inflation. In the mean time at least 100 or so lbs in the rear, and close to max inflation on the front. It may make it ride rough but until you get a weight it's better to run on the high side. Yes you can use the on board air hose with the engine running. Or you can buy a small 150 psi portable 120v compressor. You can get a truck air chuck and truck air gauge from any NAPA, just take your hose with you to get the right fittings.
