Wipers come on When I push cruise control button.

When I try to activate the cruise control the wipers come on. I disassembled the cover on the steering wheel. There's a circuit board but nothing obvious that could be causing what must be a short. Any suggestions on where to look.

There is a control box in your dash. I believe in front of the passenger.
