Entry door

On my 2006 Phenix I am having a noise from the entry door while traveling.  I found that the round cylinder like stud that protrudes from the door jam that the door latch locks onto is loose and moves up and down.  I can't figure out how to tighten it since I cant get to the back side of it.  Anyone have any ideas?

It is supposed to move up and down, this was discussed much in a previous thread. You can get it out of alignment by catching your clothes on it and you just have to align it up with the latch again. If the door is not closing tight enough, find the thread on this and it will tell you how to tighten it up
