Depends a little on what temperatures you will be operating in.

15-40 is a very good choice for all around use.  Shell Rotella T is a good choice, but there are other good ones out there.

Yes, if operating in very cold temperatures a 10-30 may be more appropriate.

Jimmy if I owned your coach and had a friend at the engine shop my coach would have the marine twin turbo bolted on my 250 3208.

Yes I know all about the trans.  IF you only got on it in fourth gear it worked great.  Had a Texas guy with one with 95k on the changed top end.

I asked why he had a radar detector on his 250 cat ored and he lifted the bed and showed me.

Went for a drive.  Wow.

Got 10mpg

MY oil pressure at 2000 RPM cruise is around 60# with  Rural King synthetic 10/40.  The  Rotella  15 /40 was a couple # higher  at all ranges.  The syn is much better for the turbo  and will not coke it up.
I add a couple of quarts every 2000miles.
The synthetic will run 15K miles and return a little better fuel  range  and cost less overall.
Pretty much any 10/40 or 15/40  with around 900 PPM or more  Zinc, should be fine.
