HWH box control box removed: Can I still drive it?

I'm helping out a fellow member who has a 2001 U320 with a tag axle and two rooms.  The leveling system stopped working and with HWH phone support we determined the whole control box needed to be shipped back to HWH for repair (too far of a drive from Idaho to take it in).  I know I need to put in a jumper in the wiring harness to bypass the room interlock for the transmission to go into of gear.

But I was thinking about the travel solenoids.  There's no power to them at all right now and if I remember correctly, they need to be energized to pass air to the ride height valves when the coach is traveling down the road.
Does anyone know for sure if I need to get 12 volts to them in order to drive the coach?
