HWH leveling system gurus, tell me what you think

My problem started after I rebuilt my 6 packs. The system levels fine for travel but has trouble leveling when I push the button twice to level on an unlevel spot. I think I've found the problem, just not sure where I need to start to fix it. I've noticed that when I push the on button once so I can manual level the top arrows work fine, the bottom arrows work fine but when I push the left buttons the right side of the coach will move up or down and the right buttons move the left side of the coach.  This action really screws up the auto leveling as you can imagine. I figure that I got some wires crossed but not sure which ones or where I should start. Any help is appreciated.

Thanks
Keith

Oh if it matters it's on a 2000 u320

I try to take a bunch of pics so this doesnt happen or I can get it close.. You need someone to post a pic of the plugs and there locations.. and you should be good.. G/L ^.^d

There are 6 plugs on each 6 pack, they look the same and are all bundled together , I tried to mark them with number tape but the wires were short, grimey and the tape didn't stick well as is obviously. A 40 foot coach and they were packed up high and tight like they were hurting for room to put it...🤷‍♂️

I use colored wire ties. But of course this doesn't help you now. Check on the wires near the plug and there should be a small white tag that should say what it is and then just match them up.

If I Remember correctly the bottom solenoids are the travel, the center ones are the dump and the top ones are the raise. Maybe try swapping the top two solenoids wires from one side to the other. Possibly the travel ones could be backwards as well because you would not notice a difference because they are both energized in the travel mode.

Some one should post the HWH document.  Have you checked our forum library or Barry B's web site.  I can post later if no one else does.  It will show position function.

We pulled the six pack for rebuild and still got a couple crossed.

Shure your touch pad is working.

The solenoids have an electro-magnet to actuate the piston.  So have someone press & hold the buttons while you hold a screwdriver to each solenoid to see which one is actuating.  Have the coach properly supported of course.
Once you've determined which button is controlling which solenoid you should be able to figure it out.

Just a quick thought, do you have a tag and if so have you got those 2 solenoids mixed in with the others as there is a difference in the 2 styles.
It is important when taking these packs out that the wiring is marked in some way and not to grt lost so they go back to the right spot.
If you have a tag it maybe worth checking if other fixes do not work.
The difference on them is a slightly larger opening for air to pass thru.

OK just looked at your avatar coach pic and you do not, so that will not affect your 6 pack, but worth noting for those that do have them.
