Michelin XZA 3+ RV tires

Does anyone know why (& when) Michelin discontinued making the XZA 3+ RV tires ??  I recently purchased a 40' 2003 U320 Tag & all 8 tires are like new 275 / 80R 22.5 XZA 3+ LRH (DOT dates all late 2014).  I'm curious if there was / is some type of defect or sub-standard quality issue ?

Over time I have had xza xza2 and xza3. They do onerun and then we wait for them or go to a slightly different size.

Michelin seems to upgrade their energy efficient top of the line stuff fairly often.  Better mpg primarily.

The Xza-3+'s drive extremely well on our coach.  Every criteria was improved over our previous Xza-2's.

I have had Michelin XZA3+ tires with DOT 4812 since March 2013, and they have 28,000 miles on them.
Only problem was a bolt in one rear tire at 1100 miles which was patched and has never failed.
I will replace them in two or three years.

Purchased new tires in May 2018.  XZA 3+ was replaced by  X LINE ENERGY Z tires.

Same tire tread, supposed to get 5% better mpg.

I don't notice a difference between the two tires.
