ProSine 2.5 blinking Warning and Temp LED's

Saturday evening we had a error code of 001 which indicates high battery temp. Coach is parked in the shade and plugged into shore power and has been for the previous 4.5 months. I have been living in it though. Last night when I had the blinking lights, I pressed the reset button on standard control panel, got error code 001. Assumed it was due to warm day, so left it be overnight. This morning the lights were still there, battery voltage was reading 13.9. I opened the cargo doors for ventilation , shut off all AC (shore power) and DC disconnect switch. Waited an hour for cool down, no change. I researched and found that I might have to reset the inverter/charger. I turned off the inverter at the panel, went to by pass on the inverter and disconnected the neg battery cable at the inverter. Waited 30 minutes, reconnected everything, inverter went to standby (as it should with shore power present). Charger came on and started charging around the 50 amp range. So everything looked normal, however I still had intermittent blinking Warning and Temp light. By intermittent I mean the lights go out for anywhere from 5 seconds to a minute, the come back on and blink 3 to 6 times and then both go back off. I pressed the reset button on the inverter and got the code 000, which is "no fault since pro sine was last powered on".

Any ideas on how to get the lights to stop blinking? I did unplug/plug the remote panel cable at the inverter, but no help.

Prosines are that age are starting to fail.  Lots of good choices out there to replace it.  Like many I used a Victron 3000VA Mulitplus.

My temperature sensor connection failed itself.  I am unable to find a replacement.  I disconnected the sensor and now my advanced control panel allows me to set the temperature.  I leave it set to "hot" since we're in florida and the voltages are reasonable for AGM.

If you want a more fully  integrate-able  system the Magnum  offers auto gen start (me-ags-n) that can be combined to include the Dometic oem  a/c system with two a/c board changes and a new style 10 button a/c control and then set the auto start to start the gen both from  volts, hot and cold temps and shut off the gen and recheck continuously for hot, cold or battery charge.

Can also integrate a residential grade 100 amp/ 240 volt solar power controller.  Power trace.

The new coaches are standard being fully auto.  Why not yours?

Plus the Magnum inverter has the pre programmed profile to correctly run and equalize the best AGM batteries.  Lifelines.

Made in USA and UL listed.

A fully integrated coach would seem to be a good resale point to a future buyer.

Especially as the gen start would be able to run off the basement temps if you have aquahot as there is a basement thermostat with that system.

Leaving a coach hooked up and the system on if power fails, temp goes up, temp goes down or any combo the gen comes  on with the needed preheat cycle if needed.

We have a pet in our coach and the idea if the temp spikes that the gen comes on and the auto fan speed control, works until not needed would seem to be a significant advantage to me
