House current to select items

I have no current to generator, furnace or running lights. I did replace a blown fuse 30 amp fuse up front left which was for running lights I believe. Dry camping so can not plug into 110. Have checked all fuse front and back by bed, none were tripped or blown and I reset them just in case. Thanks for your help in advance

I think your generator *should* be hooked up to your starting battery circuit. Not sure about the running lights but your furnace should run off your house batteries. Do you have a salesman switch by the door?
Does anything work? Refrigerator? House lighting?
What is the voltage of your batteries?

What happens when you start your motorhomes diesel engine?  With your rv engine running, will your generator then start?  Generator starting voltage and running lights should be wired to engine starting battery.  Furnace should be wired to house battery. There is a circuit breaker on the generator, make sure that is not tripped and that 12 volt on/off "salesman switch is on. 

The furnace should run with even dead house batteries and/or start engine battery with generator running.  If not, check that circuit breaker mounted on engine is not tripped.

Once both engine and gen are both running togeather, you should have voltage to house batteries and generator battery.  If not double check circuit breaker mounted on generator is not tripped.  Also cycle "salesman" 12V on/off switch.

Engine alternator charging system wire from alternator should go to middle post on isolator.  On the other two terminals, one should have house voltage and one should have engine voltage.  You can also verify voltage there to see if engine alternator is working, and also verify if isolator is working with just engine running.

The Foretravel should have the generator getting its 12 volts from the house batteries. Need to check house batteries for voltage and bad connections.

Not too familiar with your coach, but my generator starts using the house batteries. If the generator starts, but is not producing 120v, maybe a switch is tripped on the generator, my generator has 2 switches and if either is tripped, no 120v.  We have different generators. The inverter/charger uses 120v to make 12vdc for charging house batteries and all the DC stuff in the house.  Running lights and head lights are powered by the engine start batteries when the engine is not running.  The furnace is powered by 12vdc from the house batteries.  Sounds like you have more than one problem.  Is it possible both start and house batteries are dead.  That can happen if the boost switch is left on.  Hope this helps.

This forum is great. I appreciate all of the suggestions. Just finished a racquetball and Pickleball tournament in Sun City West AZ and I will report back just as soon as I can get to storage and check out these great suggestions

Checked my house batteries, 2 - 6 volts and they were both reading 5.5. Checked my l.p. generator and discovered one of the 2 fuses had popped out and was laying at the base of the generator. Put the fuse back in and it fired right up. In 20 mins both batteries were up to 6.6 volts. 

But I still do not have running lights
