Shore Power Issues

So, I have been out for over 6 Months now, on the road, in our Foretravel!  I have a 50 Amp Surge Guard plugged in, and have had all green lights, the whole time with the exception of a Power Pedestal issue once, Moved to another spot, and still had an issue with L1 or L2 Grounded, by the Indicator, power went off Immediately.  I went and purchased another ATS, and was ready to install it, when I got a reply on here to check the Inverter Circuit Breakers, and that was the Culprit, but again feel that was Still the Power Poles issue that caused that!

I then returned the ATS, and was surprised they even took it back, but it was a $160.00 Part that I felt I did not need.  I might have been wrong, because I went out to get my coach weighed, and plugged back into a source I have been using for months now.  Plugged it in, and this time the Source Circuit Breaker kept popping  I spent several hours checking out ALL the cords, Endsm connections, up to the coach, and the Power Surge Protector was great, until I plugged it into the coach!  I could hear the ATS kick in, as I was running the Genny, which by the way, is as happy as a clam, no issues at all, but shore Power has priority, and again the Indicator says L1 or L2 to ground issue!  I pulled the Plug from the Power/Water Bay and checked for anything obvious, and all seems fine

I have not Ohmed out that line, to the ATS, other than Shaking it around to see if that could possibly be a cause, and the Connections to the ATS Terminals seem fine, as well.

Has anyone experienced this issue perhaps, and have any idea's on how to determine if the ATS is bad?  Any Idea's would help, and as much of a Chore it will be to change the ATS out, if I can't figure it out, that's what I'm aiming for? Could the "Points" need cleaning perhaps?

This is the Surge Guard I have BTW!  And when plugged in I get a Red, and two green lights! It indicates fine, until I plug the Coach in at the receptacle.

Assume you have opened the ATS and confirmed that all connections are clean, tight and not burned.

Yes, with generator off, shore power disconnected and inverter off and automatic generator start off if so equipped.
