E7 Errio message on Front AC unit

I have a 2000 U320 and had the heat pump/AC units replaced 2 years ago. Everything has been working fine until I went out this to afternoon to check things over for a short trip next week and noticed the front A/C was not on. Back unit is working fine.  On  the wall thermostat/control,  and I have an "E7" error message, and no one is available in Foretravel's Technical Assistance Dept. this afternoon (good ole Corona Virus). Anyone have a clue what the E-7message is and how to deal with it?

I have had that happen and I can't remember how I got it going. Something to do with the auto mode or something similar. Make sure both units are set to the same.

Also check the circuit breaker for that unit. I remember turning it off for some reason and it threw that code also.
