Lost Travel Mode - Front Axle, Air Bags Deflated

2500 miles from home lost air pressure to all air bags on front axle underway at 60 mph on a two lane with no where to pull over. Suspension bottoming out, hit the hwh touch pad and manually raised the front until I was able to safely pull off the road. Pulled the 7.5 amp fuse in the HWH control box and manually raised front bags to 8.5 inches, turn off system and was back on the road. This morning started to trouble shoot the issue.  Replaced the fuse and went to travel mode found air exhausting from ride height control valve deflating all 4 front bags. Replaced ride height control valve with a spare thinking that was the problem.  New valve still exhausting air defalting bags...Any ideas?
Thinking if the computer is bad and energizing the dump solenoids in travel mode that air would be exhausting out the 6 pack manifold?  One good thing I am only 270 miles from Moscow,  Iowa!

Doug- head to Moscow.  They are the experts, they know the system, and they have parts available to repair/replace.  Get it done right and hit the road.  Hope to see you in AZ this winter.................. ^.^d

Doug,
1. It is not unheard of to have a bad ride height valve out of the box.
1a.  Are you sure that you installed the new one with the match mark in the proper orientation?
    b.  Are you sure that the linkage is set proper and not bent?

2. This is correct.

Manually rotate linkage connector to see if you can find air fill, air dump, no air movement positions.

Thanks Mike and Barry I'll try that today.  Hopefully that is the case, I was in a hurry yesterday to get to a  destination after installing valve. Internet is limited here, I'll let you know.

Be careful. I split my windshield from top to bottom driving while holding the HWH in raise. It was a bad travel solenoid. You might want to carry a spare.
Good luck

Yes, problem fixed, back in business.  Rotated actuator 180 degrees, new ride height control valve operating like it should.

This the second valve that I have replaced on the road along with 2 air solenoids, nice to have spares on hand. Granted they were original parts at 22 years to be expected.

Same internal ride height valve failure as my left rear a couple years ago that deflated air bags while underway. All three have been replaced with the following now but will be carrying spare.

Glad I had a spare along, my third failure while underway. Right rear this time same internal breakage.
