Recommendation on Cruise Control Installation

The cruise control on my 1994 U280 with the purely mechanical Cummins 300HP engine does not work.  I'm planning to purchase a Cruise King 2500 RV (RV Cruise Control systems. Repair and installation for RV's.) to replace it.  I live in the Houston Texas area, and would love to hear from anyone who has one of these, and who they had install it.

Placed one of these on an 8.3 and used the controls on the column to tie it in to.  These people are great to work with and will walk you through any problems.

Agree,  excellent units and Steve Boler is a great technical resource if you run into questions.

I installed the same unit on our 1993 U240 with mechanical engine.  Steve walked me through wiring questions.
