locking pins

we have a 320 2001 single slide last night on road this moning slide came in find but top pins would not engage mot said OK to get but now i would like to fix need some help thanks  Fred u3202001

Fred, did you hold in key on until you were sure it was fully retracted ?  I once released the key too soon and it locked up.  Had to reset the system in the storage bay. waited about 15 minutes. Then was fine.
Is it allowing you to put in gear and drive ?

Where you able to confirm that the top pins did not go in or are you going by the green lights in the HWH box?  It could be that the pins are going into the locks, but that it isn't getting the signal.
