Auxiliary Compressor

A long time ago, I posted problem with my aux compressor running continuously, and was told to just pull the fuse
My unit had no in line fuse (?), so I installed a switch, instead
It worked fine for a very long time
Today, while checking on my Aqua Hot, I realized I hadn't heard it come on in a long time
When I flicked the switch......you guessed it......nothing
I put voltmeter across the switch. Nil
I really don't know how to trace out why there seems to be no power coming into the switch
Any suggestions?? Thanks

Do you have your schematic with you? If you do, check to see where the power is coming from. Even though our schematic will be different, I'll take a look for possibilities.

Glenn,

Scroll down to "Air Compressor" here: http://www.hwhcorp.com/ml20635.pdf Check fuses in the HWH control box.

I looked at your schematic but it's really complex and I didn't see the compressor but there are a lot of schematic listed without being in the library.

Perhaps the compressor was not getting a signal to come on.  Did you have pressure in your HWH system?

Thanks, to all, for the suggestions
I will look into it, and, hopefully have a better understanding when done
