New floating floor now I have floating chairs

We have a nice new floor now.
But of coarse our 2 chairs and the recliners move.
Any thoughts on how to keep them stationary while in transit.
There are some rubber things you could put down that prevents carpet from moving.
But anything else?

We have the carpet stuff under a small rug under the recliner (it works just fine) and rubber covers over the steel feet on the original Foretravel dinner chairs. The covers on the dinner chairs are too effective and they are hard enough to move that we need to lift them or also use a foot assist to move them.

Maybe cut some of these sticky gel pads to fit?  But I'm not sure if it will damage the floor surface, best to check in an inconspicuous place first.

Just remember, anything that moves now, think what it will do if you have a panic stop or worse yet, a head on!  Is it possible to turn your recliners back to back?  This would help, but nothing short of bolting  the recliners to the floor itself, which we did when we installed our RecPro recliners when we installed our new flooring.  Just something to keep in mind.

Put same stuff that you use in your cabinets for your dishes its rubberized

I cut down some rubber feet to go over the original dining chairs, and I also run a short length of rope around the base of both chairs to tie them together. On my lightweight recliner I put two hold downs by the wire Chase and hold in place with a piece of rope that has clips on each end. Has worked during a couple of panic stops. I also have to lift the dining chairs to move them around because the rubber feet are so grippy.
