HEATER CONTROLS BACKLIGHT

IF THE BACKLIGHT ON THE HEATER CONTROLS DON'T WORK CAN IT BE FIXED THIS HAS THAT SILLY ILLUMINATION BOARD WILL MAKE SURE THERE IS POWER TO THE CIRCUIT MAYBE A PROBLEM WITH THE DASH LIGHTING THAT IS VERY DIM THIS BOARD MAY NOT HAVE ENOUGH JUICE TO WORK

Turn off your capital letters please,  you have a knob that turns somewhere to adjust the brightness.  Possible the rheostat is bad

The rheostat in mine is beside the retarder lever. Mine doesn't work. I have power from the rheostat and I gather there is an
inverter somewhere. I don't know if I can get mine going as a previous owner drilled and screwed though the panel so it may
be shorted out. I will check it out with and ohm meter.
