Where is the data port? 1998 U270 ISC 8.3

If you have one of these coaches I am trying to find the diagnostic data port.  I believe it is a round 6 pin connector.

Do you know where it is?  Is it different from a round connector?

Look thru left side of wheel. It's the grey circle.

Left lower side of dash. If there was a clutch pedal. It would be just left of left knee

Specs say 8.3 ISC did not come out until 99
98 had C8.3 mechanical diesel 325 HP

Is that engine a mechanical motor?

Owner says it is an ISC 8.3.

Cummins says 6C8.3. So VMSpc will not work for him.
