1989 GV 3000 Deteoit Deisel 8v92. Is the oil fill tube top right of radiator?

That's where mine was on a 89 U280 with 3208cat. Should be able to loosen the hose clamp and pull out beyond the coach for easy filling.

If the coach is new to you, check to make sure the PO did the radiator fan replacement. The OEM could fly apart.
